Enlightened Adventures

Bosnia-
Herzegovina
My experience visiting Bosnia-Herzegovina was probably one of the most powerful cultural experiences I have had to date. The scars of war are visible everywhere but so is healing and beauty. I was actually so moved that I went back a second time. Its not every day you see a mosque and a catholic church side by side.
Mostar
Mostar, a captivating city nestled in the heart of Bosnia and Herzegovina, is renowned for its iconic Stari Most (Old Bridge), a UNESCO World Heritage site. This magnificent arched bridge, spanning the emerald Neretva River, is a testament to Ottoman architectural prowess. The city's charming cobblestone streets, Ottoman-era mosques, and lively bazaars offer a glimpse into its rich history and cultural diversity. Despite its turbulent past, Mostar has emerged as a symbol of resilience and unity, welcoming visitors with its warm hospitality and breathtaking beauty.
Trebinje
Trebinje is a charming city in southern Bosnia and Herzegovina that is known for its picturesque old town with Ottoman-era architecture. The city sits on the banks of the Trebišnjica River and is surrounded by lush vineyards and mountains.
Kravice Waterfalls
The Kravice Waterfalls are a stunning natural wonder located in Bosnia and Herzegovina. The cascading waters flow into a crystal-clear lake surrounded by lush greenery, creating a picturesque scene. Visitors can swim in the refreshing waters, relax by the lake, or explore the surrounding trails.
